The Scope of Services includes the provision of the Design and Construction of the Architectural, MEP works, Testing and Commissioning of all areas inclusive of the following and as detailed below:
1. MEP Design & Interior Detailed Design
2. Fit-Out Construction Works
3. Construction
4. Testing & Commissioning
