Scope Of Work
1-Design
Prepare full architectural & MEP designs as per codes.
Align detailed design with client requirements and schematic design.
2. Shop Drawings & Submittals
Submit all coordinated shop drawings, material submittals, and BOQs.
Address all client comments and obtain approvals before construction.
3. Construction / Fit-Out
Build according to approved drawings and specs.
Provide site supervision and follow proper construction procedures.
Testing, commissioning, and 1-year defect liability.
Submit regular progress reports and attend meetings.
Reinstall sound system, use nominated AC suppliers, and include signage requirements.
Coordinate with client’s procured items (UPS, AC, IT, security systems, signage).
